Flextork® Elastomeric Couplings

System Components, Inc. manufactures Flextork® Elastomeric Couplings for vaious applications. Elastomeric couplings are essentially a coupling made from a flexible elastic material that transmits torque.This specific type of coupling is designed to allow the elastic to wear out before the actual metal components wear out. Our Elastomeric Couplings are designed to contain the following attributes:

"Drop out" element coupling
Requires no lubrication
Cushion shock loads
Dampen torsional vibration
Electrically insulated
Operating temperature range from -30 to +200 degrees F
